This policy explains how Think X Design Media (“Think X Design,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use thinkxdesign.ai. We keep this short and plain, because a privacy policy you can’t read isn’t really telling you anything.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide — your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you add one), and your message. When you join a course waitlist, we collect your email address and which course you’re interested in.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to operate and secure the site.

Cookies & tracking. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we don’t run analytics that profile you across the web. Any cookies used are limited to what’s needed for the site to function.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and, if you ask, arrange a discovery call.
• To send you updates about a course you joined the waitlist for.
• To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Service providers we use

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site. They only receive the information needed to do their job:

• Resend — delivers our contact-form and waitlist emails.
• DigitalOcean — hosts the website.
• Stripe — processes payment if you purchase the book. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see or store your full payment information.
• Cloudflare — delivers course video content (for enrolled students).

Where your information is processed

Some of our providers are located in the United States, so your information may be processed outside Canada. We choose providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for the data they handle.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and waitlist information until the course launches or you ask to be removed — whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of waitlist emails at any time. To make a request, use our contact form and we’ll take care of it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit who can access it.

Children

This site and its services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
