Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of thinkxdesign.ai and the products offered on it, operated by Think X Design Media(“Think X Design,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What we offer here
This website is the marketing and sales home for our AI consulting practice and AI education products: an illustrated book (sold as a digital download), and two courses (delivered on a separate course platform). Consulting services are arranged separately, in writing.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy content without our written permission.
- Misrepresent yourself or submit false information through our forms.
- Use the site to send spam or unlawful content.
Our content
The content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos, and the book and course materials — belongs to Think X Design Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view it for your own use, but you may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute it without our written permission.
The book, courses, and waitlists
- The book is a digital product delivered as a download after purchase through Stripe. Because it’s a digital download, sales are generally final — but if something’s wrong or you didn’t receive your copy, contact us and we’ll make it right.
- Courses are delivered on our course platform and are subject to the terms presented at enrolment. Course prices and availability may change.
- Joining a waitlist is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side — it simply lets us notify you when a course opens.
Educational content is not professional advice
Our book, courses, and site explain how to use AI in general terms. They are for education only and are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. AI tools can be confidently wrong — always verify important information and use your own judgment before acting on anything you learn here or produce with AI.
“As is,” and limits on our liability
The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think X Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites — including our parent studio at thinkxdesign.com and our course platform. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t operate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
